Gofor24 is a 24-hour sporting challenge that raises much needed funds for causes around the world, from treating cleft palates to world-hunger, poverty and everything in between.
We believe that in one day, we can make somebody’s “One Day” a reality.
And with GoFor24, that day is today.
How it
works
Through our love of sport.
It’s the great connector of people. It’s a source of passion for so many people, no matter their background. So let’s use sport to do something great.Each of our 24-hour fundraising events is partnered with a designated charity and all funds raised are donated directly to the special cause.
We invite 24 Challenger teams to play against our Heroes in twenty-four back to back 1 hour football matches. Every team playing donates much needed funds to the chosen charity and over the course of 24 hours, Heroes and Challenger players compete to help those in need of our support.
why
we do it
Every person around the world has a “one day”; something that they hope for. It could be a life-changing surgery to correct their cleft-palate, or being able to read, or relief from poverty or hunger. Our “one day’s” are as universal as our love of sport.
By bringing people together for one single football match, we invite everyone to recognise the power of a single day and the change it can create.
WHO
WE HAVE HELPED
GoFor24 has a special focus on helping children in need around the world. In the past we have supported children with Down Syndrome, cleft palates, homelessness and Cancer patients. We are very keen to work with great causes anywhere in the world.
